This month, we spotlighted four incredible women shifting the narrative in music:

✨ The Originals: A New Era Begins

We officially launched our new segment “The Originals” in April, a space where we spotlight original music by female artists across Africa. Our first lineup was chef’s kiss:

  • Lous and the Yakuza – Dilemme (hauntingly poetic)

  • Fave – Complicated (melodic honesty)

  • Ayra Starr – All The Love (a soulful letter of vulnerability)
