Mental Health Awareness
We are still in the spirit of May which also happens to be Mental Health Awareness Month and around here, that means holding space for all the feelings that come with creating. The process can be beautiful and intense, a real rollercoaster of emotions. So if you have needed to pause, breathe, or just take time for yourself, that’s more than okay. Whether it’s a heart-to-heart with someone, a moment of stillness, or doing something solo that brings you joy, your mind matters. Prioritizing your mental health is self-care, and we will always be here cheering you on.

Audio Girl Gems
One of our amazing mentors, Kia Shavon, is giving back in the most heartfelt way. She’s offering pay-what-you-can mixing and mastering slots now through June 5. This is especially for women and marginalized genders , artists who deserve pro sound without the pressure. No shortcuts, no watered-down work. It’s the same quality Kia brings to every mix. Her goal is to help artists build confidence in their sound in a safe and supportive space.

We love to see it, Kia. Thank you for pouring into the culture.
